Niklas Lange, Lawyer

Lawyer Niklas Lange has been bolstering the team of the law firm since September 2024. He primarily provides consultation in matters of media and copyright law, digital and analog press law, as well as in the field of broadcasting and publishing law. Furthermore, Lawyer Lange also takes the lead in legal representation in any arising disputes.

Curriculum Vitae

Born in 1998 in Essen, completed secondary education (Abitur) in 2016 at Maria-Wächtler-Gymnasium (Essen-Rüttenscheid). Studied law with a focus on IT and media law from 2016 to 2022 at the University of Münster. Passed the first state examination in law with distinction in January 2022 (JPA Hamm). Completed legal clerkship from 2022 to 2024 at the Regional Court of Münster, with placements among others at the Media Authority of NRW (Düsseldorf) and the Higher Administrative Court for the State of NRW (Münster). Passed the second state examination in law with distinction in June 2024 (LJPA NRW). Admitted to the bar at the chamber of since September 2024.

University-specific foreign language training (FFA) in English, specializing in common law. Completed the additional university training program "Information, Telecommunications, and Media Law" at ITM Münster. Worked as a student assistant at the University of Münster, ITM - Civil Law Department - Chair of Prof. Dr. Nikolas Guggenberger, LL.M (Stanford).
