Do I need an imprint?

According to Section 5 TMG, the imprint obligation applies to all service providers who provide business-related telemedia, usually offered for a fee. Please note: an imprint must also be included on "fan pages" on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. if these are business-related.
